A) Personal ConsultationIf you cancel with reasonable advance notice before the session, we will reschedule or issue a refund (at our discretion, depending on scheduling constraints and Stripe processing).
No-shows or late cancellations may be treated as delivered service and may benon-refundable.
B) Personal Consulting (minimum 12-week commitment)
By purchasing Personal Consulting, you agree to a
minimum 12-week / 3-month commitment

Monthly charges cover availability, sessions, and support during that billing period.Refunds for an already started billing period are generally not provided.
If we mutually agree to pause or reschedule due to availability or documented circumstances, we will confirm the revised plan by email.
C) MitoResource Lite / MitoResource Plus (digital/online program materials and/or sessions)
You may request a refund within 7 calendar days
of purchase,provided that:
- you have not completed more than a minor portion of the program content (e.g.,no more than the first module/section), and
- you have not downloaded or substantially used any non-returnable digital materials where download is enabled, and
- you have not attended live components included with the program (if applicable).
If these conditions are not met, the purchase is
non-refundable.
If a refund is approved,it will be returned to the original payment method where possible.
If the program includes scheduled sessions, changes or rescheduling are handled case-by-case and confirmed by email.
D) Accelerator membership (subscription)
You can cancel anytime. Access remains active until the end of the paid billing period.
Subscription fees already charged for the current billing period are generally non-refundable.
